Senior Mobile Radio Technicians
Clients are Motorola MSSs, Cities and Counties located throughout the USA. They are seeking qualified Mobile Radio or Two-Way Radio Senior Technicians to
install, repair, align and maintain mobile radio communication systems.

Salary/wage range is $40K to $85K plus
employee benefits, depending on experience level.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Must have capabilities with installation, maintenance, and repair of base
systems, repeaters, remote controls, multiplexers, antenna systems, microwave
systems, battery backup systems, and solar power systems.
* Good computer skills required including the ability to program, trouble shoot and/or perform system diagnostics on complex radio communication systems.
* Experience with dispatch
consoles, paging infrastructure and trunked radio systems a must.
* VoIP and Radio over IP knowledge and experience highly desired.
* Experience and knowledge with 700/800 trunked-radio and/or Project 16/25/33 highly desired.
* Experience with point-to-point microwave radio sysems also desirable
Must be able to
work in a team environment on large installation projects requiring skills in
cabling, connectorization, and system optimization.
Candidates must possess an industry license from testing agency (FCC, FICA or
NARTE) as well as a clean driving record and valid drivers
license. Two-year degree in electronics or military electionics discipline is desirable.
Successful candidates should be independently motivated, customer service oriented and professional in appearance. Must be willing to work frewquently after normal business hours and/or be available for alternating weekend and/or work-day on-call responsibilties.
